Luxe Security Group was founded in 2023 by Chris Nineham and Mike Aidoo — two experienced security professionals who saw first-hand the gap between what hospitality venues needed and what the industry was delivering.
Too often, venues were being let down by agencies that prioritised filling shifts over finding the right people. Compliance was treated as a formality. Training was minimal. And the operatives working the doors were undervalued and under-supported.
Chris and Mike set out to build something different. A security company that treats compliance as non-negotiable, invests properly in its people, and understands that door supervision in hospitality is a skilled, customer-facing role — not just a presence on the door.
From day one, the mission has been clear: elevate standards and compliance across the sector. That means every operative is fully SIA licensed and vetted, every shift is properly briefed, and every client relationship is built on transparency and trust.
